We have an app now!! We have partnered with myLIBRO to provide you with a mobile app where you can check your account, search our catalog, renew checked out materials, place holds, and much more!! It also has a voice component so you can use it hands free!! To get this app you need to download the myLIBRO app from your app store, then you'll need to select our library from the drop-down menu. Next you will login using your library number (just the number, not the P) as your username and your phone number (the one we have on record) as your PIN. Once you have logged in you can change your PIN if you want to. Once you are logged in you have access to your account, the catalog, and all the other features of the app.

We are very excited to offer this to you and hope that you'll use it and enjoy it! If you have any questions about this app or need any help getting logged in, using it, etc please feel free to let us know and we will help you out!!

Find and download the myLIBRO app from your app store

Open the app and select 'Hull Public Library' from the drop down menu of library names

Login using your library number (ie 0000, etc.). Don't use the 'P' that is seen in front of your number on your card or online account. Contact the library if you need a reminder for your library number.

Use your phone number we have on record as your password. Be sure to include the dashes (ie 000-000-0000). Contact the library if you are unsure of the phone number we have on record for your account. This password may be changed to whatever you like once you have logged in for the first time.

Next, follow the instructions and either go through their app walk through or skip it and start exploring!

Once logged in you will have access to your account allowing you to see what you have checked out, renew items, search our catalog, and place reserves.

The homepage also shows new & popular titles and displays our most recent Facebook posts. We also put announcements on the app such as new services or weather related announcements.

Finally, the app can also serve as your digital libary card if you misplaced or forgot your physical card at home.

If you have any questions about this app or any questions while using it please feel free to let us know and we'll do what we can to help.
